The Tuesday and Wednesday morning programs are an open studio format where you can come and pursue your own artistic projects, socialize, critique each other’s work etc. From 10 am to the end of the day. Some days may include portraiture and printmaking.

BUSINESS MEETINGS
The business meeting is held the 2nd Wed. of the month at 6:00 pm (September, October, April, May and June) and 1:00 pm (November, December, January, February and March). All members are encouraged to attend these business meetings to hear about club activities, to meet, greet and socialize with fellow members and participate in the business of the Sudbury Art Club.
Program and business meetings are held at the Carmichael Community Centre, 1388 Bellevue Ave., Sudbury.

CLUB COMMUNICATION
The communication committee as well as the treasurer and president keep up-to-date email lists and send out information regarding club business and activities.

The Sudbury art club website is: www.sudburyartclub.blogspot.com . This site is updated regularly and club information can be found there. People can contact us via the club e-mail at
sudburyartclub@gmail.com

It can be overwhelming or intimidating at first for a new member to join a club. To facilitate and familiarize new members with the SAC, we have formed a "Welcoming Committee" which consists of  several senior members. These members are available to answer questions and guide new members through the "ins and outs" of the SAC. Please contact the club via email and we will put you in touch with one of our senior members.

EQUIPMENT
The club owns several pieces of equipment used by artists: a mat cutter, a special Dual-Point Drive Stapler for holding paintings in frames, several instructional videos, as well as books (all of which may be signed out), and a Praga press for printmaking.
